Purchasing from The Rustic Craftsman

Purchasing from The Rustic Craftsman could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy, add your personalisation where necessary and add to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

After we have received your order you will receive an email with your order details. The order confirmation email is not a contract exists between us. As a result of incorporating this term, we will be protected in the event that a pricing error was made, we unintentionally under-priced goods, or a particular product is no longer available. If the price changes, we will always contact you to ensure you are comfortable with the change.

We will offer a refund or a gift voucher to customers who purchase items that are temporarily removed or discontinued.

DELIVERY
Your item will be delivered via UPS, Evri. you are given the choice at check out.
On occasion we may need your contact detailsr so we or our Courier can contact you regarding delivery.
When you purchase more than one item, we aim to deliver them together however on occasion it isn't possible due to size and weight.

Website Pictures
Your item may appear slightly different shades of colour compared to what you see on our website. this is due to different monitors or screen settings on your device.

PAYMENT
Your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security via either Worldpay or PayPal when you place an order at our website. No card information will be stored on our website.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations need to be requested within 24 hours of your order and sent to info@therusticcraftsman.co.uk. Cancellation requests outside of 24 hours will not be honoured

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. We will do everything we can to ensure your requirements are met at every step.
On the extremely rare chance you are unhappy with your product or service received from us you have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery.

We offer a guarantee on all items supplied by us. on the rare chance that your product is damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us ASAP to receive a replacement order of that item.
Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items at info@therusticcraftsman.co.uk. We will replace the product immediately.
We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.
incorrect or damaged or missing items from your order must be reported at info@therusticcraftsman.co.uk ASAP.

INSURANCE
Small items are sent via Royal Mail, which is not insured. There are always possibilities of delay from unforeseen factors from Royal Mail.
If you have not received your product in the time frame you we given when your ordered, please contact us ASAP.
When Dpd and Evri are used items are insured until it reaches your delivery address.

TERMS
After purchasing your product from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery on your behalf, and we will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 10 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.
As delays can happen and be unforeseen, The Rustic Craftsman accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.
It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.
When you receive your products from the courier it is important to ensure that you have checked the packaging of your goods, that its condition is ok before you sign for the parcel. Please inform us ASAP if you receive an open or damaged parcel.
